Formed in 2007 as Whitserv, and name changed in December to Aventa  Systems,  the company (currently looking for an analyst/programmer ) specialises in integrated production data systems for leading operators including Talisman Energy (UK) Ltd and Hess. It provides systems that allow operators to analyse production data more effectively, enabling better business decisions to be made over asset lives.

The company has expanded into an office more than three times the size of its previous premises at Balgownie’s Technology Park in Bridge of Don by moving to a 1,40 sq.ft office at Migvie House in central Aberdeen.
