Keynote Speakers 
James Gardner,  GM at Spigit, the world's largest innovation management software company and an expert in innovation within large businesses is keynote speaker.  He was previously director, Future Design at the Department for Work and Pensions.  Prior to that Head of Innovation & Research at Lloyds Banking Group. He is  author of the popular innovation blog Innovator Inside and his talk will cover a range of topics from the story of innovation in Lloyds TSB, the blockers, tricks and dealing with innovation 'antibodies', innovation in the UK government to key top tips and hints that may help you and your innovation experience. 

 Morna Simpson,  CEO of FlockEdu, an educational social network, UK Ambassador for Female Entrepreneurs 2011 and founder of Girl Geek Scotland. Morna will overview underlying principles, processes and methods of Design Innovation,  a means of innovating through and with design, usually involving a range of collaborators. She will give insight into how Design Innovation methodologies are applied to diverse situations from redesign of business processes to rapid development of new products.

Q&A & Networking
A panel Q&A session with James and Morna will include Polly Purvis, executive director of ScotlandIS, trade body for software, IT and creative technology businesses in Scotland as well as two senior J.P.Morgan European Technology Centre, Glasgow, representatives.
