19th HETECH Workshop is to bring together young scientists, engineers and post graduate students along with experienced researchers and industry representatives, in the field of compound semiconductors and other heterogeneous technologies focusing on materials and devices for electronics, optoelectronics and sensing.

Abstracts submissions for presentation in the following areas:
III-V, SiC, II-VI, diamond, graphene, CNTs and organic semiconductors,
substrates and epitaxial growth,  material characterisation, physics of heterostructures and nanostructures, novel nanoelectronic and nano photonic materials and devices, semiconductor-based sensors & MEMS, biochemical sensing, high frequency electronic devices & high power electronic devices and light emitting diodes.
