A key aspect of ESOF2012 will be the Careers Programme, which will showcase the spectrum of career opportunities available for researchers at all stages of their career under the three broad themes of:

• The 21st Century Researcher;
• The Global Researcher;
• The Diversity of Careers for Researchers

The programme will address some of the major issues facing researchers in Europe, as well as providing a platform for employers to outline the key tools needed by researchers.
 
Dublin is shaping up to be the biggest and best ESOF to date. The recent call for proposals for the scientific programme was a huge success, with an unprecedented number of proposals received.
