The requirements for Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) deployment in the UK following the publication of the Government's 2050 CCS Roadmap.
Planned sessions focus on the continued technical challenges and overall feasibility of post-combustion CCS, and will include discussion on the findings from the Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) studies, which were completed as part of the now discontinued Longannet project. The seminar will also examine how these findings can be used in taking forward the development of CCS.
