ADS Scotland noting that The UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) is on course to complete the move to electronic trading for all procurement by the end of 2012, saying the move to e-Trading will allow faster payment, clearer audit trails and increased cash flows for suppliers, is to introduce a series of free briefings designed specifically for the Aerospace and Defence sector in Scotland to be delivered by national law firm, Dundas & Wilson with Core Business Psychology Ltd.

Through these briefings to be held in Edinburgh during February at the offices of Dundas and Wilson, ADS Scotland is offering Scottish companies the opportunity to keep staff up to date with current issues in law, prepare for a transactional environment, attend meeting specifically designed for Scottish sectors

The intention is to hold all briefings in February 2012 and they will take place at Dundas & Wilson offices in Edinburgh.

The majority of briefings will last for approximately half an hour with the intention that up to four briefings are held in any one session with an overall session length of approximately three hours including Q&A.
 
We are seeking to establish the level of interest in each briefing and will contact interested companies to confirm content, timing and arrangements meet their requirements.

Registration of interest forms should be return completed and returned  before 16 December 2011
