
The company, which provides business streamlining software to customers already includes Scottish Borders Council, easycar.com and the Home Office as clients, said it expected revenues to grow by up to 30% over its first year of business at its new base.
Azolve, which was originally based in Harrogate, last year split from its consulting arm, and looks to increase annual revenue from a current £500,000 to £650,000.
The company, with around 20 staff, including 13 in Bangladesh, also plans to expand its employee numbers by a third.
MD David Pring said: "A lot of our clients were already in Scotland and it just seemed to be the obvious place to base ourselves. We would like to expand our work in the public sector and Edinburgh seemed to be the obvious place to do it."
