Human Inference is visionary

Arnhem-based Human Inference, one of Europe's leading organisations in the area of data quality solutions, has been listed by Gartner Inc in its Visionaries quadrant of its 2008 Magic Quadrant for Data Quality Tools. Gartner examined fourteen iinternational providers of data quality solutions based on completeness of vision and ability to execute.

 "The report states that most of the innovations come from outside the US. During the last year, we have started to roll out HIquality Suite 6 for our customers and are receiving internationally positive feedback on the agility of the solution as well as the improved ease of use. Next to that we see a steep increase in the number of customers that are signing up for our SaaS offering." according to Winfried van Holland, CTO of Human Inference

 Hugo Verwijs, CEO of Human Inference  believes the appraisal is a confirmation of his company's strategy: "We are very pleased with the evaluation in this well-known independent report, where we believe Human Inference continues to have a strong position as an independent European vendor in a growing, innovative and volatile marketplace."

 In the report, Gartner describes 'visionaries' as organizations that "demonstrate a strong understanding of current and future market trends and directions, such as the importance of ongoing monitoring of data quality, engagement of business subject matter experts and delivery of data quality services. They exhibit capabilities aligned with these trends, but may lack the market presence, brand recognition, customer base and resources of larger vendors."

Human Inference software is based on natural language processing that uses country-specific knowledge. The solutions make integration of data from different sources possible. The software is geared to large databases and mission-critical systems to which high data quality is essential.

 More than 250 companies use the Human Inference solutions in order to achieve customer intimacy, operational excellence and compliance. High quality data is crucial to ensure and maintain an integrated customer view, compliance with regulations, fraud detection and efficient search processes at call centers.

Arnham based, Human Inference has offices in the UK, Germany, Belgium and India as well as representatives in France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Malaysia. The  software is used by such companies as ABN AMRO, Allianz, Centraal Beheer Achmea, Center Parcs, Delta Lloyd Insurances, Dutch Railways, Dutch Tax Office Automation Center, KPN Telecom, ING, E.ON IS, Schufa, Sparkassen Informatik, Telegraaf, Wegener, and TNT Express.
